After your initial Holistic Health & Performance Assessment, a wide variety of coaching and consulting formats can be used to help you reach your goals.
My goal in these sessions is to empower you to become your own coach, to truly own and understand what you’re trying to accomplish and how you can do it.
This starts to happen right away, but is best served by at least a month of consistent work to create lasting habits. Regular sessions allow us to uncover deeper layers and free up new capacity for improvement and are highly recommended for those most serious about achieving optimal health and performance.
Based on your needs and logistic constraints, sessions vary between phone/videochat sessions, movement & fitness training at the gym or in nature, or relaxation and recovery sessions.
It is an interactive process to determine what combination of methods will get you where you want to be most efficiently, sustainably, and enjoyably.
From each session you will receive practical tools to implement into your lifestyle and training to start transforming how you feel and perform. Between your session it’s my pleasure to offer any support necessary over text or email.
