What I Do

By looking at every aspect of your lifestyle and training that contribute to performance, I can help you find the approaches that work best for you. This means we go beyond trends and fads in fitness and nutrition and get back to the essentials of how to nourish your body and mind in every training session. This means moving beyond band-aid approaches and short cuts, diving into the wealth of knowledge that your body is sharing with you everyday - and learning how to listen. This is a path of self-discovery, of working with your body to pursue your wildest goals, and loving every second of what you do. If you feel called to take your performance to the next level or overcome barriers that have held you down for long enough, I can't wait to hear from you.

Do I need to be an athlete to benefit?

If you use your body for what you do - you’re an athlete. This ranges from needing your body for work, for play, or for recreational or professional sport. Across the board the body still has the same fundamental functions and needs, and often these are completely forgotten or never learned, leading to pain, injury, and limitations. If pain, low energy, or fear of injury hold you back from living the life you dream of, then you have a performance goal - to get back in the game of life!
